Desert Falls Women’s Golf Association (DFWGA)
- Ladies’ Day is every Tuesday and Thursday during the playing season which
runs from November through April - Tuesday is a fun round of golf with no competition and members may sign
up with their own foursome or with anyone else that has signed up - Thursday is our “Sweeps” competition where the Pro Shop makes the
foursomes based on the game chosen that day by our Tournament Chair - Our General Membership Meetings are held the first Thursday of each
month during the playing season - Typically, the WGA has Member/Guest Days in November, January,
February and April. March is typically our Invitational Fallies which is a 2-
Day Member/Guest event including a cocktail party to kick things off. - For our members, we have a Member-Member tournament in January, The
President’s Cup in February and the Club Championship in March - DFWGA also participates in Fall Team (December through February) and
Spring Team (April through first week of May) which are inter-club events
with other participating Clubs throughout the dessert
